Pros

It works from in side your gut! I believe this product works. They also help to settle my stomach at times.

For godsakes they are gel/liquid! Take 2 capsules. I take them before i go to bed and my breath is fresher in the morning. These don't taste minty or anything, they just give you fresh breath.

Cons

This does nothing except create a whole lotta heartburn. Im a person who already have anxiety but with the combo of these made things worse.
