Better than hard pill kinds! Open the capsules and put into my shakes which mask the taste of the vitamin. Although my bone density scan came back normal, i take these supplements with d3 to ensure i get the necessary intake of essential nutrients.
You just mix a scoop with water and i swear it’s delicious! It's so nice to know your not being ripped off.
Lessman's has all the vitamin bs. One of my favorites is his meal replacements the coffee is my favorite. I am passionate about the quality knowledge benefits these products have brought to me and so many people i know.
Cons
The smell of this product is very, very rancid. Be cautious before consuming this product. Every time i take these, my blood pressure goes way up and i get a headache.
