Pros
Glucosamine-chondroitin capsules are the only ones i usually take. These are so easy to * and have no after taste. It comes in capsule form of and i found it easy on the digestion.
These vitamins are my life saver! This vitamin literally helps me get up & down stairs. Any vitamin you purchase from this company has the purest content and maximum effectiveness.
Cons
Despite the glucosamine 1500 label, apparently each capsule contains only 300 mg. The labeling is deceiving. Feel agitated from it.
