Pros

Totally curbed any snacking for me, still does. Secure soy complete meal replacement is the perfect solution to snacking and a supplement to meals.

Love the creamy taste. I like all the flavors with pina colada being my least favorite!

This is one of the better tasting protein drinks around. Yes it has high carbs for a protein powder. I like that it is low calorie.

Cons

Orgain digests far easier than this stuff does. It tastes like cough syrup. There were ants on top of the powder.
