Pros

Each capsule supplies 500 mg of vitamin c plus 50 mg of calcium ascorbate. Andrew lessman's are the only vitamins i will take or my stomach will tolerate, no additives, preservatives, dyes or coloring.

My best way of evaluating performance quickly for vitamin c is summer. It is priced very reasonably.

I usually take several grams a day which is 1000 mg. The package recommends one a day so the container lasts my husband and i a whole month.
