    I have this usb switch hooked up to an external hard drive where i have sensitive information

    Note this can be used with any usb device data or power that you wan to turn completely off

    If you are using a jump drive or external drive this will make it so the pc does not detect it until such time you turn the switch back on

    Would certainly recommend this and will update this review should this device have problems with ongoing use
