Pros
Home birth midwife uses these to help her clients get their newborn to latch. Works very well.
Some women have very flat or inverted * and for those women this product is a life saver. Stand out nicely and are incredibly more sensitive.
They are lightly oiled from factory to hold sucction in the inner mechanisms. Make sure to use a little lube for a tight seal. With a little silicone lube, they even seal up good on hairy *!
Cons
It also hurts because they don't sit upright and they fall to the side, thus, loosing suction. There was a residual of lube of jelly like substance inside of one of the tubes.
