I absolutely love how nintendo has transformed this game from what it once was in my childhood. There are birthday celebrations on your birthday and this all honestly makes them so happy and engaged with the game!

Gameplay allows only one save per console - which means if you are sharing a switch you are automatically locked into sharing one island and it's resources. Over 100 hours in, i feel like the item variety has been chopped down significantly.

I'm just plugging hours in to try and improve it, then realising how many hours i’ve plugged in for very little gain makes me sad. Absolute rubbish and nonsense.

Incredibly repetitive, monotonous. Worst multiplayer experience i have ever played.

I am infuriated with nintendo for doing this money grabbing. I can scarcely afford 1 switch but this is ridiculous. Seems like a cheap shot by nintendo to encourage household to have more than one switch console and game to avoid the problem.

The mumble feature is like going back to windows 95. Once would have sufficed perfectly well. The characters speak gibberish instead of just saying the words.
