Bought this to stop barking from neighbouring 🐕 but no effect and i know they don’t work on all dogs i tried it on my dog who doesn’t bark and she reacted to it

It is much louder for my hearing which means it is probably much louder underground as well

There were also some rabbits that lived underground and i put one of the new ones near the entrance and i didnt see any of those
