You need a good high-quality usb c cable if you need the 100w charging (they suggest using a "240w usb c" rated cable).
If you add a second usb-c device, it'll throttle down to 60w for 3 minutes then ramp up to 80-90w as required to feed the laptop.

Windows complains about it being slow but reality is its only a few minutes longer from 6 to 100 than the dell charger
