Pros

This is a wonderful little hub that gets the job done affordably and with a smaller footprint. Easy to set up. No problems with setup.

Dell latitude works great with macbook air and iphone 15 plus. Only gripe is that the c-type port for charging doesn’t charge the laptop at normal speed. Connect an external monitor, mouse and keyboard.

Overall satisfied with quality and performance. Fantastic customer service. Everything is great and i love it.

Cons

The usb-a ports are meant only for data transfer, not for charging (even an apple watch). This is not mentioned in their specs. I believe this has something to do with the shoddy usb ports.

The problem persists after i reinstalled my windows system. Approximately 250ms to 500ms is how long the mouse cursor continues moving after i stop moving the mouse. Hdmi connectivity is hit or miss.

I have to use a concerning amount of force to get them plugged in. They end up scraping up my devices. If my electronics are hot to the touch, even through the plastic, that's a bit worrying.
