Some odd interaction with the iphone when the phone is hooked up for charging and the anker charger is accidentally disconnected from the wall outlet after plugging it back in the iphone will steadfastly refuse to charge

Worse it goes every 2 seconds or so from charge to no charge and makes a buzzing sound when put on vibrate mode
