Quality

This docking station works and made my work more productive with switching and giving me two monitors when i need it with the laptops.

Stellar product, great build quality and very good user experience.

A simple initial mistake i made was plugging in the usbc cable and use the hdmi as the only source going out, doesn’t work that way.

The monitor has a kvm built in, but the interface is clunky and you still need either a dock or multiple cables.

Price

A little pricy but well worth it if you're buying new

After searching high and low, this was literally the only thing that could do what i wanted for not outrageous pricing.

This workaround is very simple however and the adapter i got to add was only $50.

Otherwise i think it is a great value and it works well.

Shipping

This is because apple still hasn't invested in multi-stream transport (mst) and they still only support single-stream transport (sst).

Customer service was easy to reach and sent out a second very quickly, it was the wrong one as well but got that fixed without issue.

The power delivery is also a nice touch.

Packaging/appearance

Only the power brick and power cable, plus the usbc to usb a cable were in the box.

My only real complaint is that the cables it listed in the box, were not in fact in the box.

Competitiveness

I feel confident with this one compared to the no name branded ones because anker hadn’t let me down yet.

This product is fantastic compared to other kvm switches.

The quality is way better than any other kvm i tried even though this one is pricey.

With more people working from home, i can't understand why more companies aren't making these types of devices.
