Usb ports operate at advertised speeds. Hdmi - mirrors to my monitor as expected. Speed wise on this mini dock from anker is just perfect on the thunderbolt 3 cable and speed is just amazing!

Only complaint is the fan is definitely noticeable if your in a quiet environment. Hdmi, usb-c and usb-a ports in use combined. Thickness just right.

Screen saver time ends when the laptop goes to sleep. This disrupts the hdmi connection to an external monitor. Open the lid, monitor goes black, then comes back.
