The mbp drains as if it is not plugged in. Theres a huge hum sound from the charger while powering the unit. It goes nowhere near 60 hz, so i'd take the claim that it supports two screens at 60 hz with a grain of salt.

On the mac i plug the dock in and it works flawlessly both monitors fired up with all my peripherals

Looks great very dense little box and has plenty of ports however i just couldn’t get it to run both my external monitors at the same time i tried one plugged in with hdmi and the second usb c then hdmi and a usb c to hdmi adaptor no matter what i couldn’t get display output to both ended up returning

It does get hot but the aluminium case disperses the heat
