There is a slight snapping noise when you pull it off a magnetic mount especially when the ring snaps back into place but its not a major issue—just something to be aware of especially if youre trying to be quiet at night

The durability of the ring is also impressive it doesnt bend easily like some other brands ive tried which is great because i’ve had stands that feel flimsy right out of the box
