Pros

Anker makes fantastic products. I'm a 35+yr it veteran. It's not a problem that affects many people, so i won't lower my rating of it.

The powercore slim portable charger is slim and attractive. The case is rugged and slips easily into a pants or jacket pocket.

Cons

The charger is not compatible with older iphones. It only works with a usb -c plug. The charger will not stay on or charge anything when plugged in. The battery on the charger shows about 2 lights.

These seem to have a design flaw. That makes no sense and honestly should be clearer on the description page.

It is supposed to come with a charging cable, welcome kit, 18 month warranty certificate, and "friendly customer service ".

This time around, the package had everything including a usb cable, a usb c to c cable at that!

All i found inside the box was the power bank and a safety information booklet.
