This is disappointing and really inconvenient. Now the return is a hassle. These seem to have a design flaw.
Tried the c charger for my ipad and still no charge. Only usb c and android port are for charging. Quit working while charging.

It charges my device for a long time, it's nice and compact and can fit in my pockets.
My kids burn thru the batter on their ipad and this in one 3 hour flight.

Other than that for the cost it's a bargain.
The bank typically only depletes halfway in that time.

Its also relatively flat so it fits comfortably enough in mens cargo shorts and doesnt get hot enough to burn
