I see it’s value now and cannot imagine working without it.
I think this product is little bit overpriced at the moment.
For me, this was money well spent.
Shipping
She suggested i return it to amazon (i've had it 3 days) but i suspect it would have been shipped to someone else as working if returned.
Support was nice and quickly sent me a shipping label via e-mail.
I was told when the prepaid usps label is scanned they will ship the replacement and arrive in 5-7 days.
Packaging/appearance
As a huge fan of anker, i was happy to see they had a product that checked all the boxes.
I took it out of the box and it didn’t work.

Wanted to really like this as it has some great features 6 microphones and 24 hour talk time but be prepared this is heavy

Not a real issue but if you need to lug it around with you it is heavy compared to others
