Pros

First of all, this thing is a beast. To my great surprise and delight, my call was picked up within just few seconds by a customer support specialist. Zero complaints besides the weight.

Cons

This is the first of the three i’ve owned that has deteriorated. Anker's involvement with eufy makes me dislike them strongly. Returned as defective.
