Another complaint is you can obviously only use bluetooth headphones while this case is installed

User has to make sure that the phone is inserted and removed by sliding the phone in and out and wrapping the silicone body around the top of the phone once the lightning connector is inserted into the phone

Operation is simple just hold and power button and the phone will charge and once charging cycle is completed the case will power off
