Pros
The battery charges the laptop, our phones, and tablets very quickly. It charges my laptop at 65w, which is my laptop's max speed.
The battery is huge, and rightfully so. This seems to have plenty of capacity and charges shockingly fast. The powerbank is more than able to run a switch dock, and even power a usb-c pd soldering iron.
A little bulky, but slim enough to slip in a medium-to-large size compartment. Can be a little bulky for a small bag. I like the pouch it came with.
Cons
It sits for couple days and completely discharged. But this battery bank is defected. It cannot be charged nor provide any output. They are very hot after 20 minutes of charging.

Quick to charge, provides a lot of recharging for the size.
The primary benefit of this charger is its high wattage, so it's probably overkill for a cell phone.
I charge my apple watch, earbuds, sony a7r4, headlamp, garmin inreach mini, flashlight, iphone 12, and macbook pro.
Price
Except for the price which is expensive this works perfectly to supply power to my canin r5c camera body and lenses.
99 and would buy more at that price.
It's expensive but worth it if you travel or commute frequently.
Shipping
They even send you the paid shipping lable and very fast replacement.
Contacted customer service via email and over the next few days walked me through it.
Packaging/appearance
It came with a nice mesh bag to carry it in as well as its charging cord.
But other than that, the pack and wall charger are fantastic.
The leds are really hard to see unless you're just at the right angle, so i often can't tell how full the pack is.

Got this to replace a 10000mah battery from another brand that started to expand.
