It looks as if it is charging and then the 4 blue lights come on for full charge. As soon as you try to charge a phone it runs out immediately.

This device is brilliant, quick to charge and recharges devices really fast.
Good aerodynamic shape and suitable to hide behind the camera.
Because of the increase in output voltage to 5v some of the power is lost and realistically you get around 1950-2000mah from it.
Enough for one charge and small enough to fit in small bags

What an amazing little power bank that fits in your pocket
Great for the money paid but build quality could be slightly better.
This is a wonderfully small power bank, however today's smartphones won't charge from it, as the output is only 1a.

I contacted anker customer service and a replacement one was received within a couple of days.
Packaging/appearance
I chose the pink merely cos it was on offer, but it's no doubt as great whatever colour!
