Pros
They are exactly as they advertise…dependable, efficient and reasonably priced. Perfect for travel with its slim style. Its a bit on the heavy dide for stashing in your purse.
Usb-c pd can charge at 5, 9, 12, 15 and sometimes even 20 volts. Simple to recharge very quickly.
Both operate flawlessly. Works with nintendo switch in handheld mode. Fully charged switch while play zelda breath of the wild in hand held mode.
Cons
The charger is no longer chargeable. Device takes 3 days to recharge. Other anker chargers with the usb-b cable (not usb-c) are much better.

Price
I got mine at a really good price when they were new.
It was definitely cheaper than it is now from what i've noticed.
Shipping
A replacement was immediately sent and then she followed up several times to make sure i was happy with the solution.
Packaging/appearance
It didn't seem to show anything connected, and the lights on the battery pack didn't turn on.
Also the package warns against taking the charge on a plane because of the batteries.

Both power banks failed in the same way 3 lights on with the fourth blinking when plugged in to the wall to charge while getting hot but no signs of life when not plugged in

When anything was plugged into the usb a port there was no response and when plugged into a phone using the included usb cc cable the phone reported trying to charge the power bank

Anker support was not helpful and just told me that the normal lifespan for their power banks are 23 years and that they couldnt help me since it was no longer under warranty

Today i was testing the usbc power input on my work laptop with a few different power supplies and connected this one at one point
