Pros

A bit more $ but so far has outlasted the amazon one. The pier carrying conductor is nice and thick, and has a good quality flexible insulation. It is thicker than the apple cable so it should be durable.

Anker cables seem to be well-engineered with great strain relief on their products. The ends fit solidly into the ipad and outlet unit and it charges with no issues. This connects a macbook usb-c to the macbook powerblock.

Cons

It only charges intermittently, which is frustrating. After a few weeks it's extremely loose in pixel 2. You're better off spending another $10-15 on an apple branded cord since those will last you 3-5 times longer.

Quality

Perfect replacement for my apple cord, it charges super fast and the quality is super tight.

It survived over a year of daily use and travel with no visible wear so i’m very happy with the quality.

I think it’s actually a higher quality then from apple which isn’t saying a lot.
