Ive contacted roav to see why the unit constantly displays not connected when it is

So far im disappointed that i cant adjust the neck and have it stay where i need it and im disappointed with this connecting issue

Ultimately i decided to return the unit because even if when functioned properly the nonadjustable neck made the control head sit in an awkward position for my vehicle
