It’s premium and has a lot of youtube reviews so i wasn’t skeptical about making the purchase. This is amazing.
Cons
Received c800. Toxic smell coming from battery. App reflects that it not charging or discharging. Tech support requests a lot of information to describe the problem but doesn't seem to read my emails and just responds with a canned response.

Just got this today on 7324 was tying to figure it out it’s self explanatory nothing to hard just couldn’t turn it on at first then finally it came on after i plus it in to charge it was already charge 87 so got to try a few stuff an plug it in to see i bought this because we have a lot of power outages in our area do to storms an with it being windy alot so power goes off we had 4 days without power thought it might come in hand to run a fan at night because it got so hot an maybe run a coffee machine an the electric grill an some other things as well

I found the solex c800 for 3 daysi dont plan to be very nice to it id like to put it through its paces ill update the review in about a year but so far it seems to have plenty of power i ran a 1400 watt masonry chop saw for 20 minutes with it and though it did trip twice i attribute that to me pushing the saw into the work a bit too hard

The inverter makes hardly any noise until around 900 to 1000 watts

As for charging it comes set default to 700 watts i would recommend for longevity you said it as low as you can in the app i have mine set to 200 watts fast enough to charge it overnight but if you need a quick charge in the app it has the ability to boost to over a thousand watts on charging

The only time it really makes a noise which is light wind noise it’s very soft
