All went well except anker did not want to send me a return label, and insisted that i pay shipping back to them.
After explaining what had happened, anker took care of me, and provided a shipping label to return the f2000 to them.

I had initially purchased the f2000 unit but came to realize shortly after purchasing it that it only supported bluetooth

This makes that f2000 unit great for rv and general home use but not with my intention to use it as a ups to power my essential circuits when i am away
