Bass is heavy but not muddy. I'm a bass fan and these earbuds have that thump. They have a lot of kick in the low end and mids can get a little mushy.

The app is awesome. Don't hahave to do anything. Turn it up for shure. This happens to everyone from time to time and is unavoidable with small electronics.

These have *, which prevents the poking yourself in the head repetitively behavior that tends to disturb bystanders. When out for a run, the outside world is quieted, but not muted.

They fir wonderfully, provide very good noise cancel but offer the most useable volume and bass. Without killing treble and mids, i've yet to find. They are just that good!

Really shame on you anker. This is not worth the hassle! But, no. Waiting for a reply.

This is completely unacceptable for a supposedly premium product. Also when you have multiple product failures and have to deal with their mediocre customer service many times, they punish you.

They almost sound like my bose for a lot less money and great battery life.

The earbuds are great looking, packaging is high quality and they are very light so also comfortable to wear.
