Pairing is a doddle and then you take them out of the case (that also charges them) they connect almost instantly. Sound is clear with deep bass and impressive highs.

Earbuds are great. Only issue is that they connect to your phone while still in their charging case. When you switch to the left earbud it's completely fine. Overall excellent pair of headphones.

Either i'm very unlucky or this is a common fault with this model. For me it’s a 67 quid mistake, not work the price whatsoever. It is a shame as i like anker as a brand and always great customer service with them. Amp; frustrating at times tbh.

Considering sending these back, but will try to persevere and debug for the next few days. I wish i’d sent them back immediately but persevered because i know the product they produce is good.

Even if the connection issues are surmountable, it's just too much hassle. It requires fairly regular re-pairing and even resetting. They often disconnect when you're trying to make calls/while you're in the middle of calls.
