Pros
They connect instantly and quality of sound is great. The app offers increased sound customization.
Battery life easily exceeds 7 hrs of continuous use. The usb-c charger can be finicky at times. The case is easily pocketable.
The sound is crisp and deep, but not too deep to drown out everything else. The weight is more evenly distributed, so they don't put as much strain on my ears. The soft rubber “fittings” help them actually stay in the ears.
This is annoying, but not a deal breaker. Just the buds themselves cancel more noise than my generic foam work earplugs.
Cons
The price is now less than half of what i paid last year, very close to being a disposable product. The flashing light on them is obnoxious. To me the trend is downwards.
No troubleshooting attempted with phone support. This is frustrating for many reasons. Spend more and get a better pair. I pray the same issue doesn't happen.
Sound is great once they finally connect and if you can get stereo (another problem) out of them. The app where you can customize your perfect sound profile is a gimmick. What a disappointment this soundcore product is.

These earbuds have decent sound quality, and are good for calls.
They are easy to charge, always dependable, very clear, fit in my ear well and the sound quality is wonderful.
Randomly the left one stopped working - or it turns on and connects to device but is completely silent.
Great sound quality, adjustable, they have lasted almost 2 years now.

Overall these earbuds are so great and such a great value.
Not bad, i have better headphones but these are my workout ones, pretty good for price
It is very good but you can’t expect airpods quality but it’s still comparable for the price

Cheap enough to lose without crying so of all the other earbuds some extremely and foolishly expensive this is the only pair i have working and within reach most of the time
