Pros

It plays the usual anker jingle when powered on and off. The volume easily fills my large apartment and it just sounds so good. I play a wide variety of music and this little pill can handle it all.

Only downside is the 55hz in the specs. The battery life is darn good, the app lets you control the equalizer, bass is right up there with more expensive bt speakers. Sounds way better than a $99 bluetooth speaker has a right to do.

Best speaker for <$100 in my opinion. I highly, highly recommend this for anyone looking for something that doesn't shatter the bank account and is looking for very high quality.

This speaker is a worthy contender in my opinion! Sounds better than the jbl flip 5 and twice the weight. Excellent balanced bass and treble clarity.

One is great for travel, audiobooks, etc, but two combined just create a massive increase in enveloping audio experience. Unit has great sound field and stereo separation. This unit is wonderful for sound quality and ease of use.

Cons

Returning for refund. Speaker is out of the 18 month warranty. It hurts to see this speaker will go into the trash bin (recycle) after two years.

There doesn't seem to be a way to revert the firmware. They have to actively disconnect or shutoff their bluetooth even if they haven't used it recently.

It's a veiled sound and quite noticeably strays from what's intended. If you try some of the other preset eqs such as bass off, classic, or original, it sounds really low resolution and treble is still nowhere to be seen. Tried 2 different nits both h... Read More

They are superior to even the major brands like bose, jbl, sony etc at half the price or better.

Certainly better than the less-expensive bluetooth speakers i've had.

I watched a video where this speaker was compared to a well known name brand speaker.

I bought this speaker after my tribit 20 to 30 dollar speakers died so i'll compare the anker with the tribit speaker.
