This charger is certified by tuv in us canada and also received decent ratings by 34allthingsoneplace34 on youtube his review indicated low noise dc ripple proving that it is a product of decent quality and thus aiding in my decision to purchase this charger

I would not recommend dropping it though as with its ultra compact design i doubt it would be as durable as apples 30w charger
