The card has suddenly stopped working, requiring a reboot, a couple times in the past 6 months.
It worked great for 2 days and then it got hot and would not let the power supply sequence up.
Price
I wiuld recommend this board as a cost-effective way to get usb 3.
It's not bad for the money but there is a reason why some card seem to be outrageously expensive and some are some much cheaper.
Shipping
Anker did contact me via email to see if i was having any problems, and they responded to my reply within a reasonable time frame.
But too bad it caused problemsanker quickily sent a replacement after seeing my problem.
Packaging/appearance
Would have been nice to get one in the box.
Competitiveness
I chose this card largely based on the anker brand, which i've had luck with in the past.

One thing i dont understand is that its supposed to be hot swappable but when i plugged an external drive into it the computer rebooted a couple of minutes later
