Pros

Overall it's a nice upgrade to my bedside table. Solid and compact. Ideal for traveling and good value for money.

Only complaint i have is that the phone charger is a little picky. My phone charges faster with the regular q plug tbh.

This is just an additional confirmation that i hit the right spot. It works as described. It's functional that's for sure.

Cons

Returning it was a long questionnaire and many trials of patience with the company. It sounds like crickets. I hope anker can make this right.

The charging pad is super finicky. Even after the blue contact light is illuminated it’s about a 50/50 chance that you phone will get a charge. Horrible charging for iphone. This isn't compatible with apple watch charger.

It tucks away nicely under the product so you just have the one cord from the back and that's it. Worked great with our iphone for 3 months. This one sometimes works for a moment and then drops connection.

I turn the brightness all the way down on my phone so that any notifications lighting up the screen won’t disturb me.

Needed an inexpensive charging station - this fit the bill.

I'm still giving it 4 stars because the whole thing is a compact, affordable way to charge 2 devices with one cord.

All in all, it was fairly inexpensive and is doing the jobs it was created for.
