Overall great quality product, charges at a decent pace but did notice it is a little slower than the anker charging cords.
Hopefully customer service will come through but in the meantime i can’t recommend this product.
It charges my phone with the case on.

You must watch for that light which is kind of dim to turn on before you can walk away otherwise you will return of a low battery

The problem is resolved but they offered to send a replacement if it didn’t get resolved
