This product was a multi-pack set. When i attempted to install the 2nd black cartridge, i keep getting the message that it is not compatible with my printer.

First remanufactured cartridges i have ever used; they work perfectly no problems at all.

I generally go through about 4 black ink cartridges in a month during my busy season and at least one color cartridge every two months.

Plugged these into my hp printer and they were immediately identified as "previously used genuine hp cartridges.

At this price i can keep my printer and actually afford to use it.
