Pros

The metal clips are heavy and durable. The velcro seems to be long-lasting and the material as well. Great for hips, hamstrings, all around thigh workout variations.

Cons

These wraps are comfy enough but the metal rings are garbage. Worthless to use - but seller gracious enough to reply with full refund. Do not waste your money on these, they ride up your calve as you’re performing cable kickbacks.
