It does the job the product was amazing but the size ran small i am exchanging for a xl im a size 36 so i ordered the large but it was to small even tho i tried it in for a few minutes which i needed help from my boyfriend n even at that he said it was was to tough n a damn hard workout but over all when we finally got it on it felt great back support amazing n i was still able to breath i just think the xl wud have been juss perfect so cant wait to get that this is a
