This is the best ginger i've ever tasted. Keeps me from diving into chocolates and sweets. For me, it’s a craving.

Ginger seems fresh, not dried out or hard to chew. The ginger is fresher than anything i have ever bought at the store.

I have a sensitivity to the additive citric acid - it causes severe stomach cramps. Also contains sulphur dioxide that many people are allergic to. I hope this is just a fluke and not a trend.

It's not uncommon to have pieces that are over dried and fibrous to the point that they are not edible. All pictures show large thick pieces. You get much smaller pieces which are much thinner.

Not a candied ginger flavor at all.
