Pros

Good quality amaranth. Good for maintaining regularity. Super fresh and super healthy.

Amaranth is different compared to other grains. Mix the porridge with sauteed onions and almond flour until it's pretty stiff, then form into patties and fry. It's more cost effective this way than buying amaranth flour.

It cooks up similar to quinoa, but with a much more earthy flavor. I add butter and maple syrup and it's delish! If you like the taste of malt o meal this is a great gluten free alternative.

Cons

Smelled like millet and tasted musty. Very low germination rate (almost zero) high mood rate.

This is a very nice quality amaranth that truly seems to be gluten free.

It is protein and mineral rich, helps with digestion, is gluten-free, and helps lower cholesterol.

These plants don’t like to be transplanted, i tried and failed all my attempts to.

You need to steer for a few minutes till all floating grains are sinking in water.

The quantity is great, for the price and i will be purchasing more.

Very reasonably priced for the amount in the package and the fact it is organic also.

So much cheaper than at the stores, plus i didn't have to spend any gas money picking it up!
