Pros & Cons
Cons
These are the worst nibs i’ve ever tried. They taste rancid. There is an “off”, peculiar, fertilizer-type flavor.
Highlights
Quality
This product has a great flavor and the strongest flavor of all that i have tried.
We also snack on these nibs they are delicious and provide a great source of fiber and flavonoids
This brand averaged 1 stem every 20g.
It takes about six months for the extraction on the shelf.
Price
Also, at the time, they were reasonably priced at $33 for 4 lbs.
The price is the best i have found also.
Competitiveness
I have had 6 different cacao nibs from amazon and i can not taste a difference months apart.
The average amount of stems i get is 6 from the other brands.
Some of the other brands had few if any shell bits.

Where this brand of nibs stood out for me was the near complete lack of stems
