This is the best crystallized ginger i have ever purchased. Sugar on the pieces is enough to keep them from sticking together. Very little extra sugar settling in the bottom of the bag.

These small cubes of ginger are tender and fresh and rolled in sugar and are absolutely heavenly. These have a gumdrop texture & firmness, and an incredibly strong, yet delicious ginger flavor.

This is great for frequent heartburn sufferers. I find them better for me for travel to since even bonine makes me drowsy.

These are * to put it mildly. They're almost rubbery and that’s they’re real downfall. Ginger is supposed to help nausea, not cause it along with throwing up from being poisoned.

Lots of sugar. It's crunchy on the outside and wet on the inside. More like a soft candy gumdrop covered in coarse sugar. All vendors appear to add crystallized sugar for sweetness.

The air, water, and soil are contaminated in china. There is an odor and flavor that is unpleasant. And they smell like vinegar!
