Pros
Anna tipo 00 is as good as it gets for slow rise and high temperature baking. Love the flavor and gluten quality of this flour. I like to make my own noodles, bread, and gnocchi, but most grocery stores around me do not carry fine flour.

It’s good but buying the repackaged flour is a gamble and you might not need the 20 kilo bag unless you own a restaurant

Unfortunately the amazon delivery person left my package outside in an unseen area on a horrible rainy day … and my package was soaked

Bake at 450 thats as high as my toaster oven will go for 12 minutes depending on the moisture content of your toppings
