Seems to be good for the price the demo vid i watched seemed to have a different software setup that was more involved mine seemed to work ok out of the box

Tips for future purchasers you must use microsoft internet explorer browser for remote viewing on the pc because it requires their proprietary plugin

Do a search on youtube if you need help with what ie settings to change or what to click for it to work

I would recommend not trying to change the dvr settings from this remote viewer which may be possible but didnt work right for meand did not communicate and save back to the box
