Pros
Anova has a very simple to use app that makes using the sous vide extremely easy. The controls are straightforward, and its app works very well. The instructions are limited and works best with cell phone which was difficult to pair (bluetooth).
If you preheat your water and insulate the container you can do most cooks with it. Hard to get used to the lower temp but the food gets cooked throughout at lower temps.
Cons
Steer clear of this one. This is just unacceptable. Tried the new one and the same loud whining.
There is no way to lower the nano so that the max fill indicator line on the nano is below the brim of a pot! It is garbage and a big disappointment that a company like anova is purposely selling a product that it not usable due to the horrid noise th... Read More

The product was very easy to use but i would say that it would be nice to be able to turn onoff the device rather than just unplugging it from the wall outlet
