My rating goes up for responsiveness. My only complaint is the lack of instructions. If anything changes, i will update my review.

The vs does a double seal to ensure the bags are fully sealed. It has a built in bag cutter for making your bags any size you want.

It’s a valuable addition to our kitchen, not only for sous vide cooking but also for freezing meats and poultry safely. Streamlined, not bulky so easy storage.

Inside of machine is now splattered with lobster juice. Gonna try a 16 meat unit next. We now have three deer hanging in the barn and cannot process them because this sealer won't work.
