Until a few days later the vacuum has failed and the tightly sealed bag is puffed out with air.
The one star deduction is for the no good bag cutter.

I got a really good deal here on amazon compared to the local store.
That said, we do look for cost effective options when purchasing bags.

The first machine failed after it was too late to return to amazon, so i called anova and their response was wonderful.
The company sent me a new one when the heat sealer broke.
Competitiveness
It works very well and was easier to use than other brands i tried.
I particularly like it for the bulk meal packages we buy at costco.
The vacuum is a little weaker than foodsaver but adequate.
