Excellent love the product but still can’t set it up to my wifi but bluetooth works so no real problem as i don’t need to use it externally from home

We had a frustrating setup issue where initially the ios app instructs you to move the anova to within 1

As soon as we unplugged the anova and then moved it to the kitchen and powered it back on again the app would constantly say that it had lost connection so we couldnt use it

We ran the setup again and again holding down the wifi button on the unit to reset the network settings each time as per the support instructions yet no joy
