Plain nails in drywall often sag and damage the wall after a while holding up picture frames

On some of my hangings i left a little more of the nail sticking out so the larger diameter backstop could have the wire hang behind it

Brought another brand’s bear claw screws but the distance from the wall to the end is too wide and items are wiggly and unsecure

They stop when they hit the wall and leaver the perfect amount of stick out to mount clocks and thermometers and fire alarms to the walls and ceilings
